It has been said that we live in an era where people are looking for more increasing on everything, and they look for the increasing every single day. One of the most political issues that are noticeable in 2014 is the idea of the increasing of minimum wage. An article that was written by a group of journalists in the Governing the State and Localities discusses this issue. They say that President Obama talked about increasing the minimum wage. The minimum wage is 7.5, and he wants to increase this number to be around 9 dollars. There is no doubt this news could bring a lot of happiness to huge number of people, and at the same time, it would rise up some social or economic problems. For a father or a mother who is responsible to put the bread on the family table, it is hard to them to find another job if they lost theirs. There is on one wants his or her job to be at risk. Although that technology makes our lives better and easier, it could cause others jobs. If we go to some supermarkets, we will see that these supermarkets have replaced human cashers with computers that can do the same job. The movie Apocalypse Now is directed by Francis Ford Coppola in 1985. The genre is drama along with a theme of good vs. evil, and man vs. self. The movie is based on a burned out soldier during the Vietnam war, who has been ordered to kill another U.S Soldier who has become a renegade and insane. While, without the sound effects in the first five minutes, the shot can set the tone of the movie. However, two types of sound effects used in the first five minutes make the tone of this movie. The first sounds being asynchronous sound effects. The opening of the movie starts out with a black screen and silence. Next comes a fade in shot of a line of palm trees, here is the first asynchronous sound effect, the use of helicopter sounds. The synchronous sound effect is used as a helicopter flies in an extreme close-up shot. Next shot is that of yellow smoke coming up from the bottom of the screen. The second sound effect is music. As the yellow smoke rises up from the bottom of the screen the song â€Å"The end†, by the Doors starts to play. The song starts out slow just like the smoke rolling up from the bottom. Warning Or Threat? The Inferno, is the first part of the trilogy within the Divine Comedy, by Dante Alighieri. The Inferno incompasses the story of Dante’s journey through Hell to reach the path of righteousness going toward Heaven’s Gate. Across the immeasurable and extensive journey of Dante and Virgil, both together observe the punishments brought upon oneself, as a result of the sins committed by the hopeless residents of Hell. Within the novel, the severity of punishment and the discipline itself whilst in Hell, is a direct correlation to the sins that the souls of Hell are bound to from before their individual descent down the steps of Hell. The symbolism or irony behind each of the different punishments are all fitting of the actual sin, as the people that reside within Hell got what they deserved for sinning, and now being punished for eternity to atone for those sins. The guidelines provided by the different friends and family members helped us in completing the task in an accurate manner. The visual aids that are used in the oral presentation conducted by us are excellent and satisfactory in nature as it helped us in making the audiences understand about the concepts that are required to be explored. While the preparation of the oral presentation, there were different strengths of the employees were the proper and efficient communication skills, presentable in nature and tried finishing the entire task within deadline. The different participants in the group were having proper knowledge relating to the subject and this helped them in succeeding in the presentation as well. However, there were weaknesses among the members such as lack of confidence that is necessary to conduct the entire presentation in an effective manner. There were members in the group who were impatient in nature and they do not have such capability to manage the team in an effective manner. Lastly, there was less of teamwork as there were members in the group who did not contribute much in the presentation. After the entire research and analysis on the oral presentation topic, the entire team has learnt few valuable things that are required to be known and is important in nature as well. There were different essential formulas as well as other theories that are necessary to be known in solving different problems in finance. The management related techniques and theories have been analyzed and that are valuable in nature. Lastly, our team while completing the entire assessment has faced few issues. The issues that were faced were relating to the different theories that were not known to the different teammates and I had to explain them the concepts relating to the management theories along with finance formulas as well. As a team member, I helped the team members in understanding the different formulas with different examples and this helped the entire team in accomplishing the goals.
